Revolutionary Workplace® | The CLEARx high-performance system

A stronger organisation starts with how its leaders work.

Strategy cannot deliver when leadership is misaligned, trust is fragile, and execution depends on heroic effort. Revolutionary Workplace helps South African executive teams diagnose those human-performance risks
and build the conditions for sustained performance.

For CEOs, COOs, executive teams and directors facing a consequential leadership, culture or execution challenge.

Built around proprietary diagnostics, executive facilitation and the CLEARx
performance framework. Engagements are scoped to the organisation,
rather than selected from an activity menu.

The executive reality

The strategy may be sound. The operating conditions may not be.

When capable people repeatedly miss the outcome, the answer is rarely another strategy presentation. The constraint may sit in the relationships, leadership decisions and working conditions through which strategy becomes work.

Alignment breaks after the meeting

Executives agree in principle, then make different decisions in their own divisions.

Execution loses momentum

Priorities are clear on paper, but ownership, handoffs and follow-through are not.

Trust becomes a hidden cost

Issues remain unspoken until they show up as delays, departures or resistance to change.

Our starting question: What in your organisation’s human-performance system is making results harder than they need to be?

One connected system

Diagnose the constraint.
Change the conditions.
Measure what follows.

Revolutionary Workplace brings together three connected capabilities:
People Performance Intelligence™, the Enterprise Human Performance
Diagnostic and the CLEARx High-Performance System.

Revolutionary Workplace brings together three connected capabilities: People Performance Intelligence™, the Enterprise Human Performance Diagnostic and the CLEARx High-Performance System.

01

Explore

Surface the initial signals through a focused executive conversation and People Performance Intelligence.

02

Diagnose

Use the enterprise diagnostic where a deeper view of leadership, trust, teams, change, culture and energy is needed.

03

Prioritise

Agree which constraints matter most, the executive sponsor, and the outcomes worth tracking.

04

Enable

Apply the relevant CLEARx interventions across leadership, teams, culture and execution.

05

Review

Review agreed indicators, adapt the work and decide what should be embedded next.

The diagnostic is the beginning of the decision, not a pretext for selling every programme.

The foundations

CLEARx: six connected levers of human performance.

A durable improvement in results requires more than stronger individual effort. CLEARx looks at the conditions in which people decide, collaborate, adapt and execute.

C

Culture & Context

Make the environment clearer and more constructive, so desired behaviours can take hold.

L

Limitless Leadership

Develop leaders whose decisions, credibility and example strengthen the system around them.

E

Engagement & Energy

Understand what enables commitment and what drains capacity across the organisation.

A

AdaptAgility®

Build the ability to adapt under pressure without losing direction, trust or execution.

R

Right Mindsets

Address the assumptions and relationship patterns that shape everyday decisions.

x

Execution Excellence

Translate intent into ownership, disciplined follow-through and reviewable outcomes.

Where we focus

The work follows the constraint.

A CEO facing a divided executive team needs a different intervention from a COO whose decisions stall in delivery. We establish which problem is worth solving before defining scope.

Common executive briefs

  • Align an executive team around decisions and priorities
  • Identify systemic human-performance risks before a major change
  • Close recurring gaps between strategy and execution
  • Restore trust and constructive accountability
  • Develop leadership capacity through growth or transition
  • Address culture patterns that undermine performance

Ways to begin

Choose the right entry point for the decision in front of you.

These are routes into the system, not a requirement to buy every stage. Scope, participants, timing and investment are agreed after an initial discussion.

Initial intelligence

People Performance Intelligence™

A concise first look at friction, alignment, trust and execution. Use it to frame a more productive executive discussion and decide whether deeper assessment is warranted.

Best when you need an informed starting point.

Enterprise diagnosis

Enterprise Human Performance Diagnostic

A deeper assessment of leadership effectiveness, psychological safety and trust, team execution, adaptability, culture in practice, and human energy.

Best when the cost or complexity of the issue warrants evidence before intervention.

Executive intervention

Leadership Alignment

Facilitated work on shared direction, decision rights, trust and the commitments needed to execute together.

Best when misalignment at the top is reaching the wider organisation.

Organisation-wide enablement

CLEARx Transformation

A scoped programme combining the relevant leadership, engagement, culture, adaptability and execution work identified by the diagnostic.

Best when several connected constraints must change together.

Leader development

Executive Coaching & Leadership Development

Focused support for leaders whose decisions and behaviours have outsized effects on teams, change and delivery.

Best when a critical leadership transition needs sustained attention.

Longer-term partnership

People Performance Enablement Partner

An ongoing relationship to review signals, reinforce progress and adapt interventions as the organisation changes.

Best when performance enablement needs an accountable partner beyond a single intervention.

What a serious engagement produces

A decision you can make. A change you can observe.

Clarity

A shared account of the constraint, its consequences and the priorities leadership will address first.

Ownership

Explicit executive commitments, decision rights and a practical rhythm for follow-through.

Evidence

Measures agreed at the start, reviewed against the organisation’s own baseline and adjusted as evidence emerges.

Specific outcomes and measures are agreed in the proposal. No particular ROI, engagement lift or time-to-result is guaranteed by this page.

Why Revolutionary Workplace

One partner across diagnosis, leadership and implementation.

Revolutionary Workplace brings Tony Dovale’s proprietary human-performance frameworks into a connected executive engagement. Instead of handing you a diagnosis and leaving delivery to someone else, the work can follow the issue from evidence through intervention and review.

Diagnose before prescribing

Start with the problem as it actually appears in your organisation, rather than an off-the-shelf programme.

Work at the right level

Engage the executive decisions and operating conditions behind a pattern, not only the visible symptoms below them.

Stay close to implementation

Build follow-through and review into the scope so the work has a life outside the facilitated session.

Executive questions

What you need to know before a first conversation.

Is Revolutionary Workplace a team-building company?

No. Revolutionary Workplace focuses on executive leadership, organisational human performance, culture and execution. Life Masters is the separate practice for team-building experiences.

Do we need to commit to a full transformation programme?

No. Start with a discussion of your immediate challenge. A focused diagnostic or a bounded leadership intervention may be the appropriate next step. Larger programmes are scoped only where the evidence supports them.

Who needs to sponsor the work?

For organisation-wide change, the CEO, COO or an executive sponsor must be involved. A people leader can initiate the conversation, but changes to decision-making and execution require leadership ownership.

How do you determine scope and price?

We agree the business problem, participating groups, diagnostic depth, deliverables, timeline and review points before presenting a proposal. Investment depends on that scope; it is not calculated from a generic workshop menu.

How will we know whether it worked?

We agree what to observe and measure at the beginning. Depending on the engagement, this can include clarity of decision rights, agreed actions completed, leadership alignment signals and relevant performance indicators already used by your organisation.

A sensible first step

Tell us what needs to change.

In an initial conversation, we will establish the business issue, who owns it, what has already been tried and whether a diagnostic or a focused intervention is the right next move.

Come with one live challenge: a divided leadership team, an execution bottleneck, a culture concern, or a change that is not landing.
